Sesame Seeds
Sesame seeds is one of the oldest seeds known to mankind. Today we are among the major exporters of sesame seed in Pakistan.

The sesame seed have excellent nutritional value. They have a unique protein composition making them a nearly perfect intake. Sesame seeds contain extraordinary quantities of methionine and tryptophan, amino acids missing from most other vegetable protein sources that are important for a healthy liver and kidneys and the utilization of B-complex vitamins. Pakistani sesame seeds also contain calcium, potassium, phosphorus, vitamin B and iron. Plus, sesame seeds contain no cholesterol.

Sesame seeds add a unique, nutty flavor with a crunchy sensation to a variety of foods. Their small size and texture make sesame seeds the best choice for topping breads, breadsticks and buns.

Sesame seeds come in two different types. One is not better then the other, it strictly depends on preference.
Natural White Sesame Seeds

Hulled Sesame Seeds
This rice grain only produced in Punjab is also another choice for weight watchers.  It is growing rapidly in the international market as diet rice. Although this rice is not basmati, its cooking result are very similar to PK-385 or D-98.

Fenugreek Seeds (Methi Daana)
Fenugreek are small stony seeds from the pod of a bean-like plant. These seeds are hard, yellowish brown and angular. Some are oblong, some rhombic, other virtually cubic. They are available in whole and dried form, or as a dull yellow powder form ground from the roasted seeds as dry roasting enhances the flavor and reduces the bitterness. Mustard seeds (Sarsoon)
Sella / Parboiled rice is a rough rice that has gone through a steam-pressure process before milling . It is soaked , steamed , dried and then milled to remove the outer hull . This procedure gelatinizes the starch in the grain , and is adopted at the mill in order to harden the grain, resulting in less breakage, thus ensuring a firmer, more separate grain. Sella / Parboiled rice has a yellow color and is favored by consumers and chefs who desire an extra fluffy and separate cooked rice.
